Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy.

All new and existing clients, please take a moment to read.

Ø We work by Appointment only. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to take walk in appointments.

Ø All appointments require a deposit

Ø Small Jobs (Tints, Dechromes, etc.) require a €50-€100 deposit

Ø Larger Jobs (Full wraps, PPF, etc.) require a €1000 deposit

Ø All deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

Ø If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24hrs notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.

Ø Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice, failure to attend your appointment or repeated no shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

Ø Due to our very busy schedule, we currently offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15-minutes late to your appointment, we may need to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your appointment, in some cases your deposit may be lost.

Munster Tint accept no responsibility for NCT failures due to tints. The front allowance is 35%, if you go above this, you will fail the NCT. The rear section has no legal limit.
